Please use these groupings as suggestions for your event at Tamarind Tree. Catering jobs at your venue include an additional 30%. All quotes will also include current WA sales tax and 18% service charge to all food and beverage pricing.

RED DIAMOND

APPETIZER: Tamarind Tree roll, Shiitake mushroom, and grilled lemongrass beef
SALAD: Salad of your choice
SOUP: Soup of your choice
ENTRÉE: Lily blossom halibut, turmeric coconut rice cake
DESSERTS: Cognac red banana cake and two ice-cream flavors of your choice
DRINKS: Your choice of one non-alcoholic drink

BLACK PEARL

APPETIZER: Spring roll or Tamarind Tree roll, and one saté of your choice
SALAD: Salad of your choice
SOUP: Tamarind Tree soup in clay pot
ENTRÉE: Turmeric coconut rice cake, coconut curry prawn, and chili pepper lemongrass tofu
DESSERTS: Two flavors of ice cream and flan
DRINKS: One kumquat syrup or tamarind syrup with soda water, or choice of soda pop, or Vietnamese coffee

PEARL

APPETIZER: Spring roll or Tamarind Tree roll, and chicken saté or lemongrass beef
SALAD: Bon bon or green mango or watercress beefsteak salad
SOUP: Tamarind Tree soup in clay pot
ENTRÉE: Turmeric coconut rice cake and Thang Long yellow fish
DESSERTS: Two flavors of ice cream
DRINKS: One kumquat syrup or tamarind syrup with soda water or choice of soda pop

JADE

APPETIZER: Spring roll or Tamarind Tree roll, and chicken saté or lemongrass tofu saté
SALAD: Bon bon salad or green mango salad
SOUP: Tamarind Tree soup in clay pot
ENTRÉE: Stuffed tofu topped with homemade tomato garlic sauce or Hanoi grilled pork noodle
DESSERT: One flavor of ice cream
DRINKS: Choice of one soda pop
